Ryan needs no introduction to anyone associated with the R’s, a local hero, where he played 113 times, winning promotion from the Essex & Suffolk Border League, Eastern Counties Division One and Eastern Counties Premier Divisions.

Not only as a player, he has been in the dugout 139 times as Head Coach and Assistant Manager, achieving an Isthmian North Winners medal in 2016/17.

Ryan has assembled his staff, by adding Pip Boyland as his Assistant. Pip is another familiar face around North Road, having made 66 appearances on the pitch, and been in the dugout 161 times under 3 different managers

We are also pleased to say that Physio, Brian Swift and Goalkeeper Coach, Mark Edwards will continue in their roles.

However, Ricky Stubbs has also departed having been with the club for 4 seasons and being an ever present for 147 matches. We thank Ricky for his dedication and hard work, and wish him nothing but the best for the future.
