Regent at home looking to bounce back.

Brightlingsea Regent entertain Maldon & Tiptree tomorrow at North Road in their 13th league game of the season. Both teams will be looking to bounce back after recent disappointing defeats, the visitors losing last Saturday 3-0 at home to Waltham Abbey which leaves them 13th in the table with 19 points from their 13 games played.
Regent were knocked out of the Essex Senior Cup on Tuesday night losing 4-1 to Brentwood Town and are 4 places and 4 points below their visitors having played a game less. Webster has been busy midweek and is hoping to include two new signings into the squad for the game, paperwork depending. The game kicks off at 3pm so hopefully a good crowd will come to support the R's.

The 21's face an away game at Cornard United Reserves. A 4-0 home victory on Saturday against Diss Town Reserves was followed by a 1-0 home defeat to Stanway Rovers Reserves. This game will also kick off at 3pm at Blackhouse Lane, Cornard.

The A team face Harlow Town under 21's in a tough looking away game in the 2nd round of the Essex County Junior Cup. Their game last week was abandoned after 77 minutes with Regent leading 3-2 away at Gt Bentley, this will now be decided by there League as to what happens with regards the result. This game kicks off at a later time of 6.30pm.

Come and support the R's this weekend.
